Kate would have been surprised at how close her and Phoebe's baggage was if they ever got talking that deeply. It wasn't that Phoebe didn't trust Kate to keep her secrets, it was more that she was ashamed of how she'd been. Phoebe could blame it on having the child of the Source inside of her at the time but the truth was, there was a darkness in Phoebe that the Source fed.
Phoebe hadn't realized that her muscles had been a little tight until they began to loosen. "You sure? I mean this is the first time for me standing on this side of the fence." Usually it was either her running when it looked like someone wanted a commitment or watching others choosing someone that wasn't her.
