Phoebe arrived during the time when the island was Victorian England which actually made it easier for her to make the adjustment as others were having to deal with the differences. She didn't feel as much as a fish out of water. She made a friend in Kate Freelander which was a nice surprise after their unconventional meeting. She's enjoyed talking to and getting to know people on the island and while she will never give up trying to find a way to be there for Piper's birth, she's not wholly concentrating on that. Phoebe has yet to learn that her magic isn't working on the island, mainly because she's not admitted to anyone that she has powers. Next step is having a hut and getting more involved with the island community. Future Pups:   |
